Client satisfaction is my top priority. I aim to deliver high-quality websites and services. However, I understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Project not started after payment.
- Major delay in delivery (without prior communication or agreement).
- Services delivered do not match the scope outlined in the contract/proposal.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after work has already begun.
- Client delays, lack of content, or non-responsiveness causing project delays.
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved.
- Domain, hosting, or third-party software/tool costs.
💳 Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
