Client satisfaction is my top priority. I aim to deliver high-quality websites and services. However, I understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Project not started after payment.
  • Major delay in delivery (without prior communication or agreement).
  • Services delivered do not match the scope outlined in the contract/proposal.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after work has already begun.
  • Client delays, lack of content, or non-responsiveness causing project delays.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved.
  • Domain, hosting, or third-party software/tool costs.

💳 Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
